| 1. All contest classes except the two-handed classes shall abide by NCHA rules for scoring, eligibility, equipment, and "dress code (see Rule 2) - with the exception of allowing helping horses to be ridden with standard running martingales.
2. Dress code may be modified at the discretion of the Board of Directors. 3. A limit of ten minutes will be allowed for settling cattle (less than ten minutes if that is satisfactory). Timer will keep the time. If the cutter is not satisfied with the cattle after the 10 minute limit, 2 more minutes will be allowed. 4. In the Two-Handed Open class, horse must be shown in a legal snaffle or hackamore. NRCHA rules apply. 5. In the Two-Handed $250 Novice Horse/Novice Rider class, any legal bit may be used. NRCHA rules apply. 6. To be eligible for a year-end award owner and rider must be members in good standing. Horse and/or rider must have completed in that class at least three times during the point year. Point calculation is shown below. Ties will be broken by money won. 7. Pay-out schedule for Open, Non-Pro, $10,000 Non-Pro and $3000 Novice Horse
